Day 2 Unexpected Ending

We have experienced a most unusual situation. Over the last week, we have had 13 inches of rainfall in the Summit Motorsports Park region. For the first time in the history of the track, water began leeching up through the surface of the track in the shutdown area. The situation made it far too dangerous to attempt running the NHRA Professional cars down the track. Ticket holders from today’s race will be afforded full face value of today’s tickets at tomorrow’s race, Sunday’s race, or at next years Summit Racing Equipment Nationals.
